	Details: Two large first floor apartments connected together create perfect size (approximately 200 square meters) medical office in a discrete location and with a separate entrance We are looking for a limited partner to join this project (LP with up to 45 percent equity). We estimate the lenght of 2 years, total cost of project - $300,000 (USD) and an annual return of 14 percent (EBITDA)
